Week 5 of the NFL season features a matchup between the undefeated Minnesota Vikings and the New York Jets, taking place in London at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this Sunday.
The Vikings are coming off a 31-29 victory over the Green Bay Packers in Week 4, extending their win streak. Quarterback Sam Darnold had a strong performance, completing 20 of 28 passes for 275 yards and three touchdowns, though he also threw an interception and lost a fumble. Running back Aaron Jones, in his first game back in Green Bay, contributed 22 carries for 93 yards and caught four passes for 46 yards, playing a key role in the Vikings’ win.
On the other hand, the Jets are looking to rebound from a tough 10-9 loss to the Denver Broncos. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers struggled in the rainy conditions at MetLife Stadium, completing 57% of his passes for 225 yards while being sacked five times. Rodgers left the game limping in the fourth quarter with an apparent knee injury, and although he's been limited in practice, coach Robert Saleh expects him to play against Minnesota.
